• Include original packaging where possible

• Klivora covers all return shipping costs

• Customers must contact support for return instructions prior to sending back any items

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items

• Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

• There are no non-returnable items; all products can be returned if conditions are met
